RESOLVED that D Bagshaw be appointed Chair of the Committee.

Minutes:

An application for a premises licence, under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 (the ‘Act’), in respect of Trent Vale Community Sports Association, was considered by the Alcohol and Entertainment Committee Licensing Panel.

 

The Panel considered the Application, representations made by the Applicant, and the representations made by the Interested Parties in relation to this application. This included the safeguarding steps undertaken by the Applicant to ensure there was minimal impact on the neighbouring properties.

 

The Committee also noted representations raised by the interested parties relating to the application. The Panel noted the concerns relating to noise and Anti-Social Behaviour that may take place if the Application was approved.

 

RESOLVED that the application for a new Premises Licence be GRANTED as applied for subject to the following modification and conditions:-

 

Modification

 

The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00 Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 23:00.

 

Conditions

 

1. The relevant mandatory conditions.

2. The relevant conditions contained within the operating schedule accompanying the application.

3. The conditions proposed by Nottinghamshire Police as a Responsible Authority and agreed with the Applicant on the 15th February 2022.
