Notice of Intention to take Key Decision without 28-Day Notice. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it was impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken by the Executive at its meeting on 12 March 2024:

15.10.2 of the Constitution: refer the decision back to the decision-maker for reconsideration, setting out the nature of the Committee's concerns; the decision-maker must then re-consider the matter with a further 10 working days, taking into account the concerns of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee, before making a final decision;
