Decisions to be made in private as a matter of urgency Regulation 5(6)
Under the Regulations, local authorities are required to publish a Notice of their intention to hold a meeting in private at least 28 clear days before the meeting. Where the date by which the meeting must be held makes compliance impractical, the meeting may only be held in private where agreement has been obtained from the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee. In the event the Chair of the Committee is unable to act, agreement must be obtained from the Mayor.
This Notice sets out those decisions taken in private at the meeting of Cabinet on 9 January 2024 which have not been included on previously published statutory notices, in line with the new Regulations effective from 10 September 2012.
Agreement has been obtained by the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Dated 28 December 2023.
