Notice of Intention to take Key Decision without 28-Day Notice. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that it was impracticable to give 28 days’ notice of the taking of the following decision, which is a Key Decision to be taken by the Executive at its meeting on 25 July 2023:
