It wasproposedby CouncillorP JOwenand secondedby CouncillorR IJacksonthat theitembedeferredtoa futuremeetingto allowtimefortheapplicanttoconsider providingcarparkingspacesandreducingthesizeof thedevelopmentfromthree totwostoreys.  Onbeingputtothemeeting themotionwas carried.
