This application sought planning permission to construct 132 apartments and flexible use commercial units with car parking and landscaping.
It was proposed by Councillor M Radulovic MBE and seconded by Councillor D K Watts that the meeting be postponed due to technical difficulties. On being put to the meeting the proposal was carried.
