Minutes:
The Alcohol and Entertainments Committee were advised of the consultation on the Council’s draft revised Licensing Act 2003 Statement of Licensing Policy for 2019-2024.
The Council is required to publish the revised policy by 7 January 2019
RECOMMENDED to Full Council that the Statement of Licensing Policy be approved for publication by 7 January 2019 and implementation on 7 January 2019 by Full Council on 19 December 2018.
