To consider items for inclusion in the Work Programme for future meetings.

The Committee considered the Work Programme and agreed to add a report to Review the Policy, Supply and Provision of Christmas Lights to be submitted to a future meeting.

            RESOLVED that the work programme, as amended, be approved.
