Minutes:
RESOLVED that the proposals to acquire the Freehold Title of the Former Kimberley Brewery site and to proceed with the scheme for the redevelopment of the site be approved, subject to securing an agreement and/or Bond in relation to the completion of roads and footpaths that remain incomplete on previous build phases.
Reason
This is in accordance with the Council’s key priority of Housing – a good quality home for everyone.
