To report progress against outcome targets linked to Corporate Plan priorities and objectives and to provide an update as to the latest financial performance as measured against the budget.

Cabinet noted the progress made in achieving the Corporate Plan priorities and financial performance for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Discussion centered around electrical compliance and the difficulties around gaining access to certain properties. Further discussion ensued around fire safety, and the amount of remedial actions that had taken place was highlighted.
