Members considered the People Strategy 2025-29 which set out the Council’s approach to selecting, supporting and developing its employees; identifying its future workforce and skills needs; developing its approach to leadership in employee equality and diversity and supporting the wellbeing of the workforce. to ensure we continue to deliver excellent, value for money services to the Borough. It was stated that this Council would set the standard that other authorities would aspire to.
RESOLVED that the People Strategy 2025-29 be approved.
