Major Aids and Adaptations - Disabled Facilities Grant
To seek aproval for contingencies funding (up
to £8,000) for an in progress disabled facilities grant which
would result in an exceedance of the existing policy threshold of
£60,000. This is in accordance with the Council's Corporate
Priorites for Housing -'a good quality home for everyone and
responding to housing need by facilitating adaptations to the homes
of disabled people in the private housing sector'.

RESOLVED that the request for additional funding for this Disabled Facilities Grant funded scheme be approved.

This is in accordance with the Council’s Corporate Priority for Housing – ‘a good quality home for everyone and responding to housing need by facilitating adaptations to the homes of disabled people living in the private sector’.
