Decision details

RESOLVED that:

1.       The contribution of the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board, (NHS), support in this financial year be noted and approve Officer’s authorisation to continue with the project development.

2.       The new design for the D H Lawrence Healthy Living Hub in Eastwood, described as Option 3b be taken forward as the proposed scheme for project for budgeting and development purposes, be approved.

3.       To instruct Officers to explore the maximum price guarantee contract proposed; to report back on whether the proposed form of contract would be a suitable vehicle to move the project forwards, be approved.

Reason

This form of contract would also support the delivery of the project in this context.
