Councillor Lee Fletcher

Lee was born in Nottingham and grew up in Long Eaton and attended the local comprehensive school, Wilsthorpe Community School. After taking his A-Levels, he then went on to study Law at The University of Hull. Lee is an active member of the Jewish Community and teaches bar mitzvah lessons. He is an avid traveller, travelling to numerous places including Israel, Jordan and India. He currently works as an Account Manager for a leading design agency based in Nottingham City. Lee first got involved in politics during his time at secondary school. He was elected to the student council and has been engaged in political activities since. After nearly losing his Mother to anorexia, promoting positive mental health has been close to his heart. He currently chairs the Mental Health Working Group at Broxtowe Borough Council.
